What the site does
Paws & Time is a calculator. You type your pet's details, the age maths runs on your device, and the browser draws the result. The calendar file is built the same way and saved straight to your downloads. There is nothing to send to us. The site has no backend of its own.
What we collect
Nothing you type. We do not receive your pet's name, breed, or birthday, and we do not receive yours.
Analytics runs on the site. It counts visits and taps on the share and calendar buttons, and reads the country and browser type that every request carries anyway. It cannot see what you typed into the calculator.
If you share a result, the pet's details travel inside the link itself, and the recipient's browser reads them there. Opening that link is a normal page request, so it passes through Cloudflare's logs like any other visit. We store nothing from it.
What other companies see
Three companies are involved in serving the page. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and request times. Google serves the fonts. Openpanel processes the visit counts described above. That is the full list.
Neither company gives us a profile of you. We cannot identify you from anything they hold, and we have never asked them to try.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies. It writes one local storage key, theme, which remembers whether you picked light or dark mode. It stays on your device. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
Children
The calculator is built for adults but there is nothing unsafe in it for a child with a pet. We knowingly collect no personal data from anyone, of any age.
Your rights
GDPR, UK GDPR, and California law give you rights over your personal data. We hold none of it, so there is nothing for us to show you, correct, or delete. If you think that is wrong, email hello@pawsandtime.com and we will sort it out.
Changes to this policy
If the site grows, this page gets rewritten to match. The date at the top moves with it.
